Tariff: A provisional booking date may be taken and held by telephone, e mail or fax pending receipt of the completed booking information and payment of the deposit or payment in full if appropriate. Only the persons named in the booking are allowed to stay in the house. Florida law prohibits sharing, subletting or assigning. Any person not shown in the booking form will be asked to leave
A deposit of £100 ($150) per week is required with the completed booking form. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non refundable but will be deducted from the full rental due.
The full amount less the deposit is to be paid not less than 12 weeks prior to the date of departure. Bookings made within 12 weeks of departure are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Full details and key collection will be sent to you after full payment has been received.
